Refund policy
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return your item. If 30 days have passed, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
To make a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. We will also inform you whether we approve or reject your refund request.
If your request is approved, we will process your refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please first double-check your bank account.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
If necessary, reach out to your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

In-store purchases

Refunds are available on regular-priced items only. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Shipping
To return a product, you must mail it to 6850 Boulevard Louis-H. La Fontaine, Anjou, Quebec, H1M 2T2, Canada.
You must pay for the return shipping. Please keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable. If we issue a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from the total amount.
The time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary depending on your location.
If you are returning an item worth over $75, we recommend that you use a delivery service that offers tracking or purchase delivery insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive the item you return.
